India is home to 40% of the world's 46 million slaves. Former teacher聽Anuradha founded Maiti Nepal in 1993 and it now has a shelter in Kathmandu and 11 transit homes on the Nepal-India borders. It also runs training and counselling homes, two hospitals and a school for 1000 children. Anuradha spoke to sa国际传媒聽about the education elements of her work with trafficked girls.
